Maurice A. Singer was elected to Tempra’s Board of Directors in March 2009. He has served since 1991 as President of Riviera Capital Management, an investment advisory firm that provides strategic asset allocation analysis and consulting services on operations, marketing and strategic planning and manages funds for individuals. Mr. Singer previously served as Executive Vice President of Fries Entertainment from 1989 to 1991, Senior Vice President of Home Box Office from 1982 to 1989 and Senior Vice President of Columbia Pictures Corp. from1971 to 1981. Mr. Singer served as a Director of Skylink Aviation until recently when it was acquired by the Apollo Group. Mr. Singer has also served as a director on the boards of several start-up companies. Mr. Singer obtained a B.A. in English and Economics from the University of Vermont in 1963.
